The Secretary of Homeland Security has recently announced a plan to abolish ICE.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement, also known as “ICE,” was founded in March of 2003.
This law enforcement agency specializes in protecting the United States from border crime and helps prevent illegal immigration.
ICE also serves as a significant adversary against the dangerous cartels who brutally murder, torture and traffic people around the border.

Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced that they might attempt to “reorganize” the entire agency.
A reorganization that Mr. Mayorkas refers to would lead to ICE no longer making arrests or deporting illegal immigrants.
According to sources inside a telephone meeting, Mayorkas described the agency’s shift as a conversion from ICE enforcement officers into criminal investigators.
Mayorkas’ shift could affect around 4,000 ICE officers.
If the officers were not offered to transfer into another capacity, this abolishment would result in a massive amount of job loss.
A source told the Washington Times, “This is an administrative abolishment of ICE as we currently know it.”
If border security is a body, ICE is the entire muscle system.
ICE fights daily to keep drugs and the vile crimes of the cartels out of our country.
Without ICE, a border wall, or any defense against cartels and illegal immigration, the immigration system could be completely eradicated.
Requiring legal immigration has been a platform of the United States for quite some time.
Even former Democrats have been strong supporters of border protection, unlike Biden’s administration.
Bill Clinton, in 1996, increased border personnel by 51 percent.
Clinton’s administration is proving to be an interesting comparison to Biden, who has shown to be far more progressive than anticipated.
While Clinton may have tried to strengthen the United States Homeland Security, it seems like Biden’s priorities lie elsewhere.
Biden is already off to a rough start due to his lack of job growth, and this could be a nail in the coffin for any chance of popularity.
Should ICE be abolished?
