BREAKING: These Senators Say Biden May Have VIOLATED Federal LAW For Immigration Policy…

by Graham Allen Team

A group of 40 Republican Senators have announced that they are looking into Biden’s immigration policies and whether or not they VIOLATE federal law.

It’s unclear if any criminal charges could go to Biden at this time….

This decision come right after Biden’s weak immigration policies left America’s southern border completely defenseless.

The main source of reason for an investigation is Biden’s move to BYPASS congressional funding that approved of Donald Trump’s border wall.

Biden’s administration has made a PERFECT case for the need of a border wall, due to the dramatic influx during his short time in office.

Congress approved of the government spending prior to Joe Biden’s time in office and one of the first things he did in office was completely walk it back.

The approved $1.4 billion funding for a border wall was voted upon in December of 2021 and was meant to go into place during the 2021 fiscal year.

Since then, our borders have been historically trampled on and it has created a complete humanitarian crisis.

The Senators asked the Government Accountability Office to see if the move to cancel Congress’s border wall is actually a violation of federal law.

The move is led by Senator Shelley Moore Capito a Republican out of West Virginia.

The senators claim that since Biden’s inauguration the “operational control of our southern border was compromised and a humanitarian and national security crisis has ensued.”

“The President’s actions directly contributed to this unfortunate, yet entirely avoidable, scenario,” the GOP Senators’ letter read.

“They are also a blatant violation of federal law and infringe on Congress’s constitutional power of the purse.”

These leaders claim that Biden’s actions “violated the Impoundment Control Act (ICA), as interpreted by your office” as they wrote to the Government Accountability Office.

Since border problems have only increased, the Senators believe they have a strong case against Biden and his reckless abuse of power.

Migrant juveniles are arriving faster than ever at the border and Biden continues to recognize the crisis at hand. The surge has included 4,000 children and has reached 94% capacity at the facilities that Biden is holding the children in, according to Fox News.

Customs and Border Protection announced that they have had a 28% increase in illegal immigrants just after a month of Biden’s presidency. Statistics for immigration policies have begun to take a dark turn for the Biden Administration.

All this goes to say, the GOP seems to be the only ones acknowledging the crisis and it has pushed them into action. Their steps could prove that Biden had an overreach of power and therefore was unconstitutional.
