HIDING: Biden’s 48 DAYS of Silence Compared to Trump and More…

by Graham Allen Team

48 days ago Joe Biden was sworn in as the United States President, however, he continues to be silent.

The President is setting a historic precedent for the White House since his neglect to speak to reporters.

Reporters who serve America by asking tough question did not take it easy on Trump for any of his four years, but Biden seems too shy to respond.

Biden’s silence certainly isn’t because he hasn’t had the time to conduct a press conference.

The Biden administration has been hard at work, attempting to reverse virtually every policy that President Trump instituted.

Even after plenty of Executive Orders and passing one of the largest stimulus packages in United States history, Biden remains quiet.

To be clear, Biden has taken questions from reporters but he has not had a formal press conference.

Oftentimes, the days that Biden takes questions are scenarios that reporters have scheduled questions that Biden is prepared for.

It only took President Trump 28 days before he spoke directly to the American people and the reporters who tried to tear him to pieces.

For President Obama, it only took him 28 days to hold a formal press conference.

George W. Bush waited 34 days before holding his press conference as well.

Jen Psaki, the White House Press Secretary has said that Biden will be giving one before the end of March.

The end of March would be almost 3 months for Biden if he neglects to speak to reporters.

Psaki has defended Biden by saying that he has answered questions 40 times in informal capacities.

“I don’t know that you’ll see him more than 40 times a month,” Psaki stated.

‘’We look forward to holding a full press conference. We’re working on setting a final date for that and as soon as we do we will let you all know,” Jen Psaki went on to say.

“This president came in during a historic crisis. I think the American people understand that his focus energy and attention has been on ensuring we secure enough vaccines… and pushing for an American rescue plan,” Psaki continued to argue.

Although Biden has been busy trying to reverse Trump’s policies, you would think speaking to the American people would be more of a priority.

For those who are doubting the media’s frustration, even some liberal outlets have critiqued Biden’s absence.

Jake Tapper, former adversary to President Donald Trump and liberal CNN commentator shared this in a tweet:

While President Biden has announced that he will be delivering a prime time address on Thursday, many people are bringing up that there has yet to be a joint session address.

Usually, Presidents give a joint session address to every branch of the United States government before the end of February.

BUT, Biden has delayed any chance of that as well.

Psaki has also defended Biden for shying away from a joint session.

“We are in the middle of a global pandemic, we intend on the president delivering a joint session… but we don’t have a date for that,” Psaki said.

How long do you think it will take for Biden to answer the American people?
