Donald Trump could potentially return to social media on Facebook and Instagram but it rests in the decision of Facebook’s judicial wing.
In the unprecedented action by the Big Tech dictators, Trump had his access to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and all other main stream social platforms revoked after the chaos on the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.
Interestingly enough, the former first lady Michelle Obama called on the sitting President of the United States to be banned following the so-called “insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol and shortly after her wish was granted.
After Trump was banned from the social platforms, there was no details given for if or when Trump may have his right to free speech on tech platforms restored.
Now, according to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the decision is up to the company’s new Oversight Board which judges cases like Trump’s and more.
Many other leaders of VIOLENT countries have yet to be banned for their use of social media which has shown the true colors of the agenda that big tech seeks to enforce.
During Thursday’s House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg made sure to dodge questions into Trump’s fate by pushing the call to Facebook’s judiciary wing, which has been referred to as the “Supreme Court” for the largest social media network on the planet.
In response to a question posed by Representative Billy Long of Missouri asking “If the oversight board decides that Facebook should have left President Trump’s account up, what will you do?” the Facebook dictator answered by saying: “Congressman, we will respect the decision of the oversight board, and if they tell us that former President Trump’s account should be reinstated, then we will honor that.”

The board is made up of nineteen members who were pulled from a variety of international institutions which Facebook has compiled to provide what it calls as a “global perspective” who are “committed to making principled, independent decisions that are binding on Facebook about important pieces of content” and the ruling on restoring Trump’s social media access and activity will put their ability to make those decisions without any political bias or left leaning tendencies to the test.
However, some have shown light on the fact that the Facebook “Supreme Court” is a body that is packed with left-wing and biased folks with some displaying open hostility to former President Donald Trump.
This includes Alan Rusbridger, the former editor of the far left UK media organization The Guardian as well as a collection of other left-wing scholars.
Another member, an Australian professor named Nicolas Suzor once enthusiastically tweeted “I love this!” about an article comparing Trump to German dictator Adolf Hitler who mercilessly slaughtered millions and millions of innocent lives.
Not only did Trump NOT do that, many called his border-policies Hitler-like even though Biden’s policies have clearly been far more inhumane.

Facebook’s Oversight Board could truly be fair is met with much skepticism over the choice of the liberal Stanford law professor, Pamela Karlan, who was hand-picked as a star impeachment witness by Democrat Adam Schiff.
Pamela Karlan was also forced to apologize for mocking Trump’s youngest child Barron last year. Check out that clip below:
Pamela Karlan: "I want to apologize for what I said earlier about the president's son. It was wrong of me to do that. I wish the president would apologize, obviously, for the things that he's done that's wrong, but I do regret having said that." pic.twitter.com/7lYiRWCKjw

Karlan has since stepped down from the ‘unbiased’ Facebook judiciary branch to take a not-so-unbiased job in the Biden administration as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s civil division.
The fact that Karlan was even chosen to be unbiased should completely disenfranchise the Oversight Board’s ability to be fair instead of merely acting as Zuckerberg’s censorship czars.
If an unbiased member of Facebook’s board leaves the position to work for Biden, its safe to say unbiased is not a word to describe the board…
If Trump’s ban is overturned, this could be the start for Trump to return to EVERY platform if the rest follow suit.
Either way, it won’t matter too much because Trump is already working on his new social platform which would be free of censorship. Click HERE to read the LATEST update to that story…
