On January 13, 2021, a representative from the 7th District of South Carolina voted to impeach Donald Trump despite his constituents favoring Trump by big margins….
Needless to say, things aren’t going too well for SC Representative Tom Rice who voted to impeach Donald Trump.
In fact, in one of the counties that Rice was supposed to be representing, a campaign sign of his was vandalized with the words “traitor” strewn across the name of Tom Rice.
One South Carolinian Graham Allen recently touted the conservative movement in his state citing that when leaders back Trump they succeed. CLICK HERE to watch that scene on Fox News.
Check out what the sign looked like below:

The sign was not in-fact, one that was spray painted over in someone’s yard, it was actually someone who used a Tom Rice sign and then put it in their yard in that way to show their distaste fro Tom Rice.
It’s clear that the district has lost faith in Tom Rice and for good reason too.
The district that Rice represents is shown to be +9 conservative which basically means that in the past two elections, this district has been a MAJOR ally to Donald Trump.
Not only is the consistently conservative, but Trump’s closest margin in 2016 was almost 3% and the biggest margin was close to 10%.
This paints the CLEAR picture that Tom Rice SERIOUSLY messed up when he turned on Donald Trump and the American people.
Rice is about to deal with the consequences of his actions as he will have to face off in the midterm elections with some serious contenders.
There’s around 10-12 people looking at challenging Rice; however, the GOP chairwoman has expressed sentiment that they are still waiting for more notable contenders that could beat Rice.
It’s unclear if any of the smaller candidates who have entered have the wherewithal to beat an almost-career politician like Rice and until someone bigger jumps in, the 7th District will have to wait….
