Leaked Documents From U.S. Defense Contractor Reveals Anti-White Training

The deep penetration of the cancerous doctrine known as Critical Race Theory has spread throughout the nation’s institutions largely under the cover of stealth until it was recently flushed out into the open.

A purely anti-American, virulently racist set of beliefs that seeks to distort America’s founding principles and affixes a permanent stain to white people, CRT has nonetheless poisoned the educational system, manifested itself within corporate boardrooms and at the highest levels of the Biden administration.

Now, it has been revealed that defense contractor Raytheon are forced to undergo mandatory “training” sessions and where white members of the Raytheon team are ordered to “identify everyone’s race” in a quest to purify their “privilege” by undergoing humiliations that are similar to “struggle sessions” of the type once commonplace in Chairman Mao’s communist China.

Investigative reporter Christopher F. Rufo blew the lid off of the un-American brainwashing and hostile work environment for white employees that has been put into place at Raytheon when he went public with the horrifying details that were based on documents and video obtained from a courageous whistleblower.



In his article on the “Woke Defense Contractor,” published by the City Journal, Rufo writes;  “According to documents and videos I have obtained from a corporate whistleblower, the program begins with lessons on “intersectionality,” a core component of critical race theory. Intersectionality maintains that the world can be divided into competing identity groups, with race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and other categories defining an individual’s place within the hierarchy of oppression.”

He added; “In a workshop entitled “Developing Intersectional Allyship in the Workplace,” diversity trainer Rebecca York explained to Raytheon employees that critical race theorist Kimberlé Crenshaw developed the concept of intersectionality to expose “interlocking systems of oppression” and “break down power into privilege and marginalization.”

Rufo continued; “In a related lesson, Raytheon asks white employees to deconstruct their identities and “identify [their] privilege.” The company argues that white, straight, Christian, able-bodied, English-speaking men are at the top of the intersectional hierarchy—and must work on “recognizing [their] privilege” and “step aside” in favor of other identity groups.”

He also discussed the situation at Raytheon which is the nation’s second-largest defense contractor during a Tuesday appearance with Fox’s Tucker Carlson.

According to Rufo; “They launched this, really political indoctrination program teaching employees to judge each other on the basis of race, asking employees to actually identify one another on the basis of race during conversations”, he said.

Rufo continued; “They provided specific rules to white employees, how to speak to black employees and the even said that employees should reject the principle of equality and favor equality of outcomes which is a synonym for socialism, maybe communism and it’s really astonishing because this is one of the largest corporations in the world, it manufactures key defense armaments and yet it has been captured by this woke ideology that seems to be the dominant force now, not only in education and in government but also in business,” he said; “I’m exposing it, and all Americans should be deeply concerned about what I’ve found.”

Back in May, Rufo also exposed that another giant defense contractor, Lockheed Martin forced white male executives to participate in a “three-day diversity-training program aimed at deconstructing their “white male culture” and encouraging them to atone for their “white male privilege,”

Now that it’s out in the open, Democrats and their operatives are being forced to defend CRT as opposition mounts and the pushback begins – but is it already too late?
